What is the squat cup?
A lot of exercises can be done to strengthen the lower body, but few of them are as effective and demanding as the squat cups. This exercise involves performing a normal squat in which one will cost a little wider with your feet than the hip width, and then squatting down while holding back straight. The legs will be bent on the knees at an angle of ninety degrees or further, and then the person performing the exercise will return to the starting position. Squat Cup is a variation on a simple squat that includes the use of a kettle or dumbbell.
When performing a normal squat, a person performing exercise generally expands his hands forward for balance. Instead of doing it during the cup squats, the person will perform a kettle or dumbbell. If you are using a kettle, Kettlebell will practice with both hands. If the dumbbell is used, the practitioner will hold the end of the weight, so the bar is oriented vertically. Palms of the hand, in the second case, will face upwards as if the cups were crashing.
Squat cup is done by lowering the body into a squat, but unlike a normal squat in which the practitioner stops underwater movement when the knees bend at 90 degrees or right behind, the squat cup requires the practitioner to continue as possible. Once the squat is in full position, the elbows should be placed inside the knees so that the legs spread apart. Squatter will have this position for a moment and then return to the starting position. Several repetitions should be made in each set and a complete set can be repeated after a short rest period.
Anyone who is new to the Squat Cup should begin by choosing lighter weight. This allows him to get used to the strenuous movement of this coo without increasing the risk of injury. When Squatter becomes more comfortable with movement, it can increase the weight of the dumbbell or kettlebell. Kettlebells are generally safer for this exercise because it is easier to gain a firm grip on this type of weight than in the actky. When using a dumbbell, it is good to use solid dumbbells, not those with sliding plates that may fall during exercise.
