What is the hammer?

Hammer Curl is a type of free weight exercise in which two dumbbells are used. Lifting picks up one dumbbell in each hand and selects a barbell that is slightly heavier than one that would normally use for a regular curl. Hammer Curl works with muscles in the arms, especially the specific biceps area. The pervert is done without any wrist, which means that the weight is raised directly when the elbow is bent, unlike a regular curl in which the barbell is raised and then twisted.

To make a hammer ripple, the jack can begin by sitting either sitting with the back straight, or standing with the back straight and the width of the hip. In each hand it holds one dumbbell in each hand and leaves the mouth hanging on its sides and holds a barbell with an inch pointing forward. To perform the first hammer, the jack lifts the dumbbell by bending in the elbow and make sure that the thumbs are facing forward. Stupidell should not have during the curl curl.

As soon as the jack reaches the peak of its elevator, it can release the position and return to the starting position. The same movement is repeated against the opposite arm. Lifting should be sure that the ripple is done slowly, as the lifting will not work too quickly and may lead to an injury in the arms or back. Safety is an important problem with any outlook and the hammer does not differ: if the user feels that he has chosen a weight that is too heavy, it should reduce the weight until it is comfortable with the hammer movement and the weight selected.

This type of ripple can be quite strenuous on the arms and the user should expect to be painful after the first few cases of exercise. Proper rest, hydration and food intake are essential, as is the case after every type of exercise. When performing the curls, the jack should surely grasp the dumbbell firmly, as it can move the position during the curls, causing discomfort or injury. If necessary, the jack may change the positionat a hand when the dumbbell is in the starting position. It should not try to switch the handle when curling movement occurs, or when the barbell is on top of the curls.
