What is the mango diet?

Mango diet is a weight loss plan that relies heavily on the consumption of wild African seed extract, mango shrub, Irvingia gabonensis . This variety of African mango is not the same fruit that is widely sold in grocery store, produces shelves, a South Asian variety known as Mangifera indica . The mango diet advocates say that the African variety contains a special ingredient that helps the weight loss of flushing fat from the body, a compound called IGOB131. Proponents say that the fiber contained in the seeds of this mango energizes fat loss and lowers cholesterol levels.

Opponents of mango diet do not believe in the claim of special fibers and rapid weight loss, and say that mango diet is nothing but scheme for edging pockets of diet promoters. Opponents also say that other popular and more common fruit available in food equipment have a fiber and effective properties reducing cholesterol, including apples, peas, figs, nectarins, oranges and dathe. Unlike the claims of the Mango diet on the African Mango, these common fruit does not reduce weight without one to watch a reasonable diet and reduce calories. Frankly, the mango diet reports the alleged Skinny-Chick plan, while opponents say it is nothing but a scam.

A special diet that relies on the mango shrub requires the purchase of capsules that contain an extract made of fruit seeds. A research study conducted in Africa found that people who took these capsules twice a day have degraded and experienced further health benefits. Each capsule contained 150 milligrams of special seed extract. Some participants have experienced gas, sleep disorders and headaches, but the number of participants who have experienced these side effects without consuming capsules. Opponents of this diet claim that larger and larger studies need to be carried out to accurately assess the results of this component.
