What is the upper pan of the muffin?

The upper pelvis of the muffin is shallow, six or twelve muffin pelvis designed for baking the upper part of the traditional muffin without the bottom or stump. It works because the cups in the pan are much shallower than traditional muffin pans. Many people prefer the muffin's peaks over the stumps due to a crispy, brownish surface that is formed as the dough rises over the edge of the muffin cups.

The lower part or muffin stumps are much softer and crumb textures than crispy muffin peaks. The stumps lack the golden brown crisis that the upper part gets. Some people even throw stumps and eat only peaks, so the muffin upper pan helps prevent waste.

Muffin peaks are also more comfortable to eat, because the stump part usually has muffin paper on it. In addition, it is largely impossible to eat the upper and bottom at the same time if the muffin is not relatively small or bite it in the middle, as if it were the whole apple. Come up spreading such as butter or jam, to CEThe lid conventional muffin without just putting it on the top, the paper must be removed, then the muffin must be cut down the knife longitudinally to the center.

Muffin's upper pan, however, can produce the muffin top, which you can eat just like a piece of toasts - by spreading to one side and holding around the edges. Of course, you could do the same with a regular muffin by removing the top, but the stump would have to be butter separately from the top and disgusting the same. This is probably why many people eventually throw away stumps!

The upper pan of the muffin can be made of non -stick material, stainless steel or aluminum. Some types are safe dishwashers and non -stick types of muffin pans are usually easy to rub. You can add sliced nuts and/or mixture of oats, butter and brown sugar to the muffin peaks of baking to give them even more taste and fromthe laths of brown attraction. Other uses for the muffin upper pan include baking large biscuits or small buns or roles.
