What is Pansotti?
The term Pansotti comes from the Italian word for "sweat Bellied", a perfect description for this plump type of pasta. Pansotti are stuffed pasta, which have triangular shapes and have pink edges, which means that its edges were pressed in a way that forces them to look as if they were sliced by pink scissors, giving them a pattern. In some cases, the edges are closed in a way that gives them flat, even appearance.
This kind of pasta is the most common in northern Italy in an area known as liguria. Liguria, which is mostly a coastal area, is one of the smallest areas of Italy. Pansotti is especially popular in one particular part of the liguria known as Recco.
pasta is made of pasta without eggs, which is cut into squares that are two inches (about five centimeters) in width. The filling is located in the center of the dough, which is then folded into the shape of a triangle. Pansotti can be filled with different types of pillings but never produced with the LAGEm.

Pansotti is cooked by cooking for five to nine minutes, depending on the freshness of the pasta. It is then exhausted, tasted and served.
This is a relatively healthy type of pasta because it is filled with greenery. Ricotta cheese also has a naturally low fat content. In addition, Pansotti is vegetarian pasta and is almost always servked with vegetarian sauces.
