What is the test to sit and achieve?

Sit and reak test, also known as the V-Strol test, is a way of measuring flexibility in the back and legs. He was introduced in 1952 Wills and Dillon and today is part of President Challenge's physical fitness test, program awards for school age children. The SIT test and reaction are performed by sitting with legs stretched, legs against the box and stretching towards the fingers. He shouldn't wear shoes. Furthermore, the individual reaches forward, as possible, bending the hips and waist. The distance that the tips of the fingers reach for the toes. The bottom step can be used instead of the box. A ruler should be placed on top of the step and the range can be measured. Towage in this area can lead to an exaggerated lumbar curve of the spine. This is called lordosis, hyperlorosis or lumbar lordosis and can lead to back pain.

There are a number of different ways to measure the distance achieved in the SIT test and achieve. Measurement can start at zero on noHou and any amount achieved behind this measure. This does not provide accurate information for statistical analysis, because anyone who cannot reach their fingers will reach a negative number. Instead, some tests place a scale so that the fingers are on 9 inches (23 centimeters), resulting in positive measurements that are useful for analysis.

Another version of the test is a modified SIT and Reach test. This is used for individuals with great or very long limbs. In this test, the zero mark is adjusted at the reach of each individual, resulting in the most accurate measurement.

There is a general scale used to measure SIT and achieve, from very poor to superior. When the zero mark on the feet is considered to be very bad for women. Over 10 inches (27 centimeters) for men and 11.5 inches (30 centimeters) for women is considered superior. Measurement 0 to 2 inches (0 to 5 centimeters) for men and 5 to 4 inches (1-10 centimeters) are average.
