What is the pelvis?

The word pelvis can have several meanings. The most common use is for any type of pelvis with a flat bottom, commonly made of stainless steel, cast iron or aluminum. It is a very general term and pans can vary in shape and profile, but are usually sloping or curved out. In Britain, this term can also refer to a larger, deeper, lid or pelvis with long handles and legs. Alternatively, especially in America, this term referred to the rustic type of All-in-One food, which often combines cooked, chopped vegetables and meat, which are served on a very shallow metal or ceramic dish. Traditionally, however, it refers to a specific type of pelvis with flat bottom and scattered sides, which are relatively low in relation to the overall diameter and this curve gradually from the bottom. The old -fashioned cast iron pans, which are still popular with their cooking characteristics, usually have parties that gradually bend outwards, but do not move directly up below.

The earliest pans were, like most pots and pans, made of iron, and today cast iron pans are still a popular kitchen item. Many cooks prefer them because they transmit heat very evenly without committing and are very durable. However, they require special care, and it keeps them outside the kitchen of some chefs. Many other metals, including aluminum, stainless steel and copper, are used to produce modern masters. Some pans have a composed composition of copper or aluminum dressed in stainless steel and many of them are also treated with a non -stick coating.

The electrical pan is a type of pelvis with its own heat source to be used on the counter or table and connected to the standard wall output. Such a device has a removable cord or insert the pan to facilitate cleaning. A typical electric pan will have temperature controls and will have legs to keep it above the desktop to prevent damage to the counterattackfor or table tops.

In the kitchen, the term of the pelvis was used, especially in America to mean the type of one meal served on a metal or ceramic plate or a very shallow bowl that resembles a regular pan. The ingredients differ, but often include sliced, brownish potatoes, meat and vegetables that can be served unadorned or poured with cheese, sauce or sauce. This type of food is popular as breakfast and can contain breakfast meat such as ham, bacon or sausage, as well as eggs. In American restaurants, however, many different ponds of meals can be found for other meals. The word can also refer to such food prepared exclusively in one large pan for comfort and served on conventional plates or in bowls.
