What is Wunda's chair?

Pilates is a well -known exercise that uses the graceful movement of fluids to strengthen the core of the exercise and increase its flexibility. Wunda chair is a machine that applies resistance to movements in Pilates training. It is basically a box with a large pedal that can be pushed against the resistance of the springs. The chair helps stretch and strengthen muscle groups that are not achievable through traditional Pilates exercises. The list of exercises that can be done on the Wunda chair is virtually endless.

The original Wunda chair is made of wood. It has foam padding anywhere where the body comes into contact with the machine, including the seat and pedals. The chair also has strands and elastic cords that create resistance. The attached straps are flexible and the headrest is more comfortable.

Wunda chairs are usually 25 inches (63.5 cm), 75 inches (190.5 cm) wide and 40 inches (101.6 cm) long. It also weighs 65 pounds (29.5 kg), but the chair comes with wheels to facilitate movement. Its total size is comfortably small forstorage against the wall or in the corner of the room. It is also transformed into a stylish chair that can add to the decoration of the room and create another session for guests.

The chair comes with three different spring tension: low for beginners or less experienced user, in the middle for an intermediate user and high for an experienced user. The strands are easily adjusted by moving up and down to the center pole. This increases how many sources are activated and at what time they are activated. It is designed to be easily modified, even in the middle of the exercise. The user can perform exercises in many positions, including susceptible, sitting, side -rooted, lying down and standing next to or on different parts of the chair.
