What are agnolotti pasta?

Agnolotti pasta is a type of pasta of normally filled, roughly similar to ravioli and tortellini. The Piedmont area in Italy is known for its many agnolotti recipes. Today, pasta in the US is becoming increasingly popular, and many famous chefs suggest agnolotti pasta dishes and fillings.

Some agnolotti pasta has square or rectangular shapes, while others form a crescent circle.
