What is the air popper?
Air Popper is a device that uses hot air to popcorn. Historically, corn was released by exposing the core to an open fire or using a heated vegetable oil in a pot. Neither method has been proven as particularly reliable or healthy. Air poppers do not add any additional fat to popcorn and heat each core evenly to reduce the waste. When the pressure of steam becomes too large, the outer hull explodes and the result is a fluffy taste treatment. This means that popcorn cores will not change how heat comes if it remains hot enough to create steam.
6 When the cores get into the outer shoulder blades, the hot air generated by an electric element is introduced. Within a few minutes, a small amount of water trapped in each core is converted into steam. When the fibrous torso cannot withstand the long time, the entire core explodes and the starch fibers inside are connected to the air and form a finished product. Since popcorn is now much lighter,The circulating air flow of air blows it from the chamber.
As soon as the core has appeared, the finished popcorn travels through a plastic slip until it is in the waiting bowl. Typical air popper may also contain a special compartment for butter melting or adding spices. Most Air Popper models also include means for measuring other batches of popcorn. Since no oil is required, the air popper can generate several lots of popcorn in a row without stopping.
Some who say that air popper produces a healthier dose of popcorn because it does not add oil to the process. Others suggest that the amount of oil used in other popcorn manufacturers is negligible and other moisture and spices will improve the taste of the finished product. Proponents of Air Popper method indicate the use of corn for gourmet with higher moisture content to prevent drought. Popper hot air generally produces fewer cores withUnfortunately, compared to oil -based poppers and individual cores are often more fluffy.
The first hot air for home use was introduced in the middle of the 70s and numerous variations of Air Popper appeared on the market. Some companies have already been established in business business, but others have created air poppers by adjusting their existing product drying lines.
