What is Chen Tai Chi?

Chen Tai Chi is the oldest form of popular martial arts "Tai Chi", which comes from the Chinese "Taiji Chuan" (overwritten from the Chinese), which is used all over the world as a holistic form of exercise. Tai Chi or Tai Chi Chuan includes some elements of classical defense, but today it is widely used purely for fitness and health. Tai Chi exercises focus on the duality of "Jin and Yang", which is so commonly seen in some oriental societies.

Chen Tai Chi is widely considered to be "Chen Family" in the 16th century. Since then, this ancient practice has become different different practices. According to some experts, Tai Chi concerns a "balance" that helps those who practice it to improve body/mind connectivity and overall function.

Chen Tai Chi and other Tai Chi species include different forms that define how exercises are performed. For example, Common type Chen Tai Chi called "Corpus seven Rutin Chen Wangting"It includes seven forms that make up practice. Another style of this kind of Tai Chi, "Lao Jia" or "Old Frame" includes two main forms. "Old Frame" is one of several "images" that also changes how Chen Tai Chi is led. Each has its own origin and specific procedures. In addition, there are also different Tai Chi species in Chen Tradition, which may relate to the use of weapons, or simply to poses of nature, including the "sword of Tai Chi" and the types of Tai Chi exercises.

Although Tai Chi has been popularized as a number of positions or movements in Western culture, most of the details around this martial art were relatively unclear. Some coaches suggest duality or multiple duality, such as "rigid and soft" or "fast and slow" that control many authentic exercises Chen Tai Chi. Some advanced Tai Chi forms are recommended only to veterans, such as the "Canon Fist" technique, which is used by fast, small circles.

For many people who practice the ancient art Chen Tai Chi, it's a mixture of POezie and physical fitness, physical strength and wisdom and esoteric forms of ancient thought that resists a technical explanation. Individual instructors give one in one instruction to Chen Tai Chi students in specialized martial arts programs. This oldest form of Tai Chi is still popular wherever beginners want to build on the foundations of this ubiquitous exercise.
