What is chicken?
Chicken Doner is one of several variations on a Turkish bowl known as Döner Kebab. The food is known by a number of different names, including Donner and Donair. Chicken Doner is very similar to London chicken, in the fact that London and Turkish versions include cooking meat on a vertical spit and then cut meat to order.
