What is the coriander?
In general, coriant oil refers to one of two things: vegetable oil that was flavored with coriander for cooking or distilled essential oil from the coriander plant. Cooking the coriander oil mold is produced by soaking the coriander in oil to provide oil some of the flavor of the coriander plant. This oil is a common component in many types of kitchen and is used as a spice at many Chinese-American dinners.
