What is sugar sweets?

A series of desserts and sweets is not complete without the final dust of confectionery, also known as powder sugar or icing sugar. When it is left unprotected, it absorbs moisture from the surroundings, so the chefs should keep it firmly wrapped in a container or plastic bag. Sugar does not have to be chilled or frozen, but should be protected from insects.
