What is yoga corepower®?

Yoga Corepower® is a type of yoga that combines strength training with traditional spiritual elements of yoga. There are three programs that include Corepower® yoga - basic force, unlocking athletic power and soul power - and each platform is adapted to match the level of the class participants. This type of energy yoga is suitable for both beginners and seasoned yogis and its aim is to integrate the body, mind and spirit into one intense training. Ashtanga is an ancient Indian yoga designed to increase flexibility and stimulate the body and mind. His spiritual aspects come from Hindi tradition and are incorporated into routines. Yoga Corepower® emerged from this school, mostly in the West, and focused on physical exercise, while maintaining a more generalized element. However, the principle of both yoga schools remain part of it: the connection of the mind and the body in breath to increase flexibility and increase health. The core is what holds the body in an upright position, promotes posture and flexibility and promotes a healthy PRBlood and overall good heath.
