What is the cracker fragile?
Cracker Brittle is a confectionery that can be done in many ways, but is generally done with regard to comfort. The easiest way to construct a cracker fragile is the lining of the pelvis with biscuits - either salty biscuits or Graham biscuits - and then bake them with a mixture of melted butter and sugar at the top until everything is included. Some recipes require that the addition of nuts or chocolates form the top layer over the fragile. In several preparations, such as the butterscotch variety, biscuits are baked with premade candies at the top instead of a mixture of sugar and butter. The resulting fragile can be salty treatment or may have a sweet and salty combination with a possible layer of solid chocolate at the top. Alternatively, the mixture can be heated in a microwave and mixed with a few seconds until it is smooth. Furthermore, the baking sheet is lined with parchment, foil or non -stick spray. One layer of biscuits is arranged in the baking sheet, creating a solid surface surface.
The mixture of molten butter and brown sugar is poured over biscuits and maneuver until it usually creates even a coating on the upper part of the biscuits. At this point, some recipes require the addition of nuts such as almonds, pecan nuts, peanuts or walnuts, and sometimes chocolate flakes or pieces of chocolate candies. The entire baking sheet is then placed in the oven and left to cook for a short time. Upon completion, the crack is fragile removed and left to cool.
During the cooling phase, if no icing has been added before, many recipes require the addition of small chocolate flakes. Chocolate can be milk chocolate, dark chocolate or even white chocolate. The idea is that the heat of the underlying fragile melts the chocolate enough to alleviate it to cool it into a solid block on the top of the sugar. After cooling, the crack is fragile is finished and can be divided into pieces to eat.
Many substitutions can be performed. Used biscuits canbe standard salty snacks or sweeter graham biscuits. A mixture of butter can be made of white sugar, brown sugar or even strong maple syrup. A layer of butter and sugar can be completely replaced by soft flavored candies that will melt in the oven. Other icing, such as dried fruit or premade candies, can be melted into chocolate to provide additional taste against the Cracker base.
