What is Garnache?

Garnache is a bowl of Mestizo, which is popular in Belize. Ordinary garnache consists of fried corn tortillas with beans, salad and cheese. Other ingredients such as crushed carrots or hot peppers can also be added. Garnache is usually consumed as fast food or street food and is popular with tourists and locals.

Cheap food in Belize is often sold from very small restaurants. As in other parts of South America, these small restaurants generally consist only of the counter to order food and several tables. The space is very limited, so some places have no tables at all. Although this style of the restaurant can serve any kitchen, some meals are more often sold in these places than others. In addition to grenades, there are other meals that are commonly sold in these restaurants, Burritos, Tamales and Tacos. Food from these places is usually very cheap, but low costs do not necessarily have a indicator of low quality.

Garnache is particularly popular withVegetarians. Lemoring -based meals have a high content of plant proteins that can be considered as complete protein in combination with carbohydrates. Creating Garnache at home is a relatively simple process. Traditionally, a small corn tortilla of pancakes is used, but it would also work flour.
