What does a fan have?
Got Fan is a traditional Chinese soup made of vegetable roots and water. The roots are chopped or ground to powder before they are added to boiling water. There are a number of plants that can be used in the production of GOT and the consistency of the soup depends on the amount of powder included in the mixture. The liquid can have a bright or even light green shade. The soup is known for its health benefits and sometimes consumed to help clean the digestive tract.
known as Kudzu soup in English, Got Fan is rather homemade cooked food in China, especially in Hong Kong. It is rarely served in restaurants. Preparing Gon Gon Fan requires only root grinding, very often the root of kudzu and then cooks it in water. Sometimes sugar is added to the mixture to sweeten it. Meat and seafood can also be added to the mixture along with kudzu.
The root is first peeled and thoroughly rinsed. It is then chopped into slices and added to the boiling waterspol with the required meat or seafood. The mixture is boiled on low PlamENI for up to four hours. Salt can be added and food is sometimes decorated with parsley or green onion. Adding water during the cooking process is not recommended because it could simply water the soup and dilute the taste.

It is also assumed that it is beneficial for those who want to reduce alcohol. In several human studies, it has been found that participants enjoying kudzu capsules reduce their alcohol consumption by up to 50 percent. Even with these promising results, the root of Kudzu should not be consumed in large quantities, as it can cause stomach problems.
