2) Coins of garlic.

Note : If you plan to serve gremoots with fish or other seafood, consider its spices more sea salt than basic table salt. Also freshly ground black pepper is more convenient than the basic pepper.

Gremolate is a very basic spice and can be changed to make it perfect with many main appetizers. For example, the lemon zest can be replaced by an orange peel for a slightly sweeter product. If you want to add another texture and taste, consider adding very finely chopped nuts such as hazelnuts or walnuts. Capars go very well with salmon and often add smoked salmon, which is also known as Lox. They can also be added to Gremolate, which is designed to enter salmon. Note that capers are usually packed in a brine; If you are using capers, you may not have to add any more salt.

someThe chefs add a finely chopped mint to their gremolate, or replace the parsley with mint. Since lamb is often complicated by mint spices, this type goes very well with lamb. If it is designed for lamb, consider adding a dash of white sugar or simple syrup to bring the sweetness of mint. A great way to update dinner for gourmet lambs is the preparation of this spice, which is to be given a place of bright green mint jelly.
