What is Hawaiian Spirulina?

Hawaiian Spirulina is a type of blue-green algae kept in Hawaii. These eyelashes are used as a food supplement due to the high content of vitamin and minerals. For centuries, Spirulina has been used as food, and its advocates claim that it can help with a number of health disorders, including malnutrition, vision problems, high cholesterol and immune shortcomings.

Spirulina grows in fresh and salty water. The Hawaiian farms usually use insolent water, which is a mixture of deep seawater and fresh water pumped into shallow ponds. The exposure to the intensive equatorial sunlight makes the production of spirulina more abundant and manufacturers claim that the Hawaiian sun is more nutritious due to increased chlorophyll. This strain, patented under the name Spirulina Pacifica®, has been grown since 1984 for specific enzymes, especially carotenoids that are a type of antioxidant that helps prevent cell damage. Deep seawater used in Hawaiian production facilities is also without heavy metals that maythe bottom to absorb. Most Hawaiian spirulina is dried by a cold process to maintain nutritional algae, which could be impaired by heat drying. The tablets consist of compression and are considered a food supplement. The powder or flakes Spirulina can be sprinkled for food as a spice or used to fortify juice and smoothies.

Blue-green eyelashes are a valuable source of food because they have a very high content of protein and fatty acids. It is also rich in vitamins B, E and Beta Caroten, selenium, zinc, manganese, iron and copper. Spirulina is easy to spend and is often referred to as and "superfood" because of its highly concentrated nutrition. Nutrex, a company that produces Hawaiian spirulina, claims to contain 2,300 percent more iron than spinach, 300 percent more calcium than milk and 3,900 percent more beta carotene than carrots.

Blue-green eyelashes have been proven in clinical trials to reduceLa anemia and weight loss in insufficiently nourished children. Spirulina advocates are in their claims that Hawaiian Spirulina can cure cancer, allergies and viruses such as HIV and herpes. The initial tube and animal tests suggest that these claims could be true, but there were no enough controlled clinical evaluation on people to provide convincing evidence of the health benefits of this dietary supplement.
