Almost any type of wine or spirits passes through the distillation process, which at some point is the result of high wine. Rectification or distillation occurs in any process that leads to alcohol production. This applies to a combination of water and sugar that ferment just before the start of the distillation process, which is commonly referred to as fermented washing. Typical washing is created by means of sugar obtained from beet or sugar cane and may include the use of maize, barley and other grains like Well. High wine is also produced in one stage of the process, when they ferment and distill fruits such as grapes or berries.
