What is infused oil?
Infused oil is oil that has the addition of herbs, spices or fragrant leaves. It can be used either for cooking or for massage depending on the ingredients used for infused oil. In most cases, infusion oil is used in cooking and is particularly good in the final products where oil such as salad dressings can be tasted.
