What is slim body weight?

The tip of the body weight indicates the overall weight of organs, bones and muscles. All tissues in the body, except for fat, are considered to be part of a slim body weight. Both body mass increases, as well as lean weight of body weight, because muscles and organs tend to increase with increasing body weight.

The slim body weight calculation can be difficult without the right medical equipment used to measure skeletal, muscle and organ weight. Men and women have different mathematical equations that are commonly used to determine the weight of lean body weight. For men who are over 16 years of age: body weight, multiplied by 0.32810, it is added to height, in cm, multiplied by 0.33929, resulting in a basic sum. This amount must then be deducted by 29.5336 to determine the slim body weight.95.6 cm x 0.33929) - 29.5336 = 66.59 kg or 146.8 pounds

58 kg) fat and water form the rest of the body of this person. For a woman who weighs £ 135 (61.23 kg) and measures 5 feet 6 inches (167.64 cm), the following equation can be used.

(61.23 kg x 0.29569) + (167.64 cm x 0.41813) - 43.2933 = 44.91 kg or £ 99

The body weight determined by these equations is an estimate based on a group of people with a specific height ratio to the weight. Each person will have a different real slim body weight based on muscle density, bone density and organ weight. Measurement of individual matter requires X -ray technology.

Dual energy X -ray absorbent absorption (Dexa) uses X -ray to DS -folding body mass and body mass. The resulting measurements often include the weight of lean tissue, fat tissue weight and fat percentage. Results can be narrowed to one of the 14 areas of the body such as a suitcase and arms or reported for total bodieso.

Dexa provides a highly reproducible result that allows doctors to more precisely monitor the progress of weight loss and muscle construction programs. Although body weight does not change, the weight of body mass may change due to increased muscle size. The muscle weighs more than fat, so lean body weight increases when muscle growth. Thus, when Dexa is used to measure lean weight of body weight, the profit may be more healthy than a sign of increased fat weight.
