What is Mahing?
Moot is a food served throughout the country Burma, also known as Myanmar. It is a type of fish curry, which contains many spices and ingredients such as fish cubes, lemon grass, rice flour, garlic, onion, banana stems and black pepper. Food is made to resemble very liquid soup, although the taste of the finished sauce is very rich. Mohinga is often consumed as a breakfast meal, although it is also served during the day and is usually a teaspoon above the noodles and represents a number of optional watering. The popularity of Mohing throughout Burma has led to a large number of variations of the real recipe from one area to another. Ingredients for curry are also prepared. Most recipes include onion, garlic, ginger, lemon grass and black pepper. Other components may include lotus root, pepper, fish sauce and coriander. Fish and all spices are boiled in oil in a large heavy pan until the mixture becomes aromatic and the fish are cooked.

In some recipes, moining boils only 20 to 30 minutes. When it is traditionally prepared as a street food, the soup is produced the night before it is served and re -centered in the morning, giving it a clock to rest and the development of flavors. The liquid in the pot is slightly decreased when it is cooked, but should remain quite free, more like a soup rather than steamed, even if it is left to the taste of an individual chef.
When serving, moining is usually poured through thin noodles or rice noodles. There are many types of watering and roots availableí to be placed on top of the soup. These icing may include boiled duck eggs, crispy fried fish, fried garlic, bamboo shoots, coriander and lime to name at least some.
