MEzi meat additions include Ayam support or white chicken curry; Dendeng or crushed meat; or fried chicken and liver with sauce and sauce.
Nasi bogana can be administered with attachments such as beans roasted strings, whole boiled eggs or traditional Indonesian soy product called tempeh. After the attachments are placed on a banana leaf, it is closed, tied to the strings and placed in the steamer to maintain its heat.
Some people use mild variations of attachments. For example, eggs do not have to be administered whole; They can be cut into two. White chicken curry, which is crazy from cooking chicken in coconut milk can be made of boneless meat. This is done to facilitate packaging of the bowl.
Although our bogana is traditionally prepared with banana leaves, some people decide to give them up completely. It can be served as an ordinary rice food on a plate. Omitting the usual leaves of bananas can be admittedSAT that the bowl is so popular in the region, which is recognizable without them.
