What is Panipuri?
Panipuri is a small refreshment that is commonly found in India. It is made of a small, hollow piece of fried unmarried bread known as Puri , which is filled with potatoes with mash and other ingredients, then immersed in strong, flavored water or filled immediately. The effect is that all Panipuri flavors are released at the same time into the mouth while providing a sweet, acidic and salty taste. Panipuri often serves, although they must be made quickly and hand over to the customer to eat immediately, because the liquids inside the hollow Puri can decay quickly.
