What is Panquehue?
Panquehue is a craft cheese made in Chile. The name of the cheese is actually taken from the Chilean city of Panquehue, part of the Aconcagua fertile valley. The valley is located at the base of the Andes Mountains and is a region known for its growing wine. Panquehue is produced in the traceability system to ensure excellent quality. The cheese comes in several different flavors and can be used to supplement various meals.
All aspects of Panquehue cheese are controlled to ensure the perfection and safety of the finished product.
