What are pasta pasta?

pasta pasta is often called pasta soups, they are best used in light and thin soups. It can refer to various small pasta. Usually, if you buy pastina, you buy a small star -shaped pasta. Pastine pasta, however, includes many different shapes, not just small shapes of stars. It can include mini shells, wheels and pasta type pearls. ORZO and tubettini, and even couscous can be considered pastin pasta. This is not always true. Chicken broth with nice wide noodles can be as tasty or even more than it is when pasta pasta is used.

Although pasta shapes can be most commonly used in soups, they have many other applications. Small beads, wheels or the like can be thrown deliciously with butter or olive oil, with a little basil and garlic for flavoring. It can be served hot as a side dish or entrée or culprit add a bandage of Igrette and pasta becomes a beautiful cold food for a picnky. Pastina is probably poorly suitable for heavy sauces, especially those with minced meat, because pasta can get lost and stunned.

The only thing you should be careful about cooking pasta for pasta is the way you break out the pasta. If the pasta is really small, do not forget to choose a colander with very small holes, so you will not lose pieces of pasta when you release them. Pasta sieves can be a better choice than a standard colander, as you can slip small noodles from the top of the boiling water as soon as they get up to the surface.
