What is Reiki Yoga?

As the name suggests, Reiki Yoga is a healing art that combines the benefits of ancient practices of Reiki and Yoga. In Reiki Yoga, the practice of Reiki or the direction of universal medicines is performed in performing specific attitudes of yoga and respiratory exercises. In this way, the recovery benefits of Reiki and the unifying aspects of yoga are combined to provide maximum health and wellness of mind, body and spirit. To achieve the greatest advantages, one should have at least a basic knowledge of both practices. It will be best trained in Reiki and yoga.

Reiki is an ancient healing art originating in Japan thousands of years ago. It is based on the belief that around each individual is the energy of life force and that there is a disease, and other diseases are capped weakness or disruption of this energy field. By putting hands on man, Reiki will direct the healing energy from the divine or universal, energy into the personal energy field of the individual to release and restore their body, mindand spirit.

Some practicing Reiki will not actually affect people, but rather hold their hands in different positions slightly away from the body of the person, but close enough to connect with its energy field. Reiki will generally not learn from a book or a set of instructions. Rather, it is handed over from a teacher to a student by a process called Attunement.

yoga originated before India centuries ago and involves balance of mind, body and spirit through various positions and respiratory techniques. The word "yoga" comes from an ancient Sanskrit word for "Union". Practicing yoga believes that there is an energy that passes through the body of man, and the blockage or mismatch of this energy causes physical, mental and emotional problems. Yoga is designed to clean the energy channels of the individual, brought the mind, body and ghost in unity and allow a stronger connection with the universal energy that penetrates all thingsi. There are several yoga styles, but Reiki Yoga primarily uses the style of hatha , which focuses on certain techniques of breathing in conjunction with specific attitudes.

Although Yoga and Reiki are ancient practices, the combination of these two resulted in a unique practice that can increase the overall well -being of a person. It is assumed that yoga will help increase the flow of recovery energy Reiki through the life force of man. Therefore, both practices complement each other in achieving optimal health of the mind, body and spirit.
