What is Som there?

There is Thai food known to many people like the green salad of papaya. As with most regional cuisine, however, SOM has many variations, which are, among other things, depend on the preferences and locations of taste. The ingredients used in this bowl may include crushed green papaya, fish sauce, dried shrimp, peanuts, chili and vegetables. It is often served by street sellers in Thailand who prepare food to order. According to many Thai people, SOM is one of the most popular meals in Thailand and you can find it in almost every street dealer. In some places, ingredients may include things such as fermented fish sauce, sugar and certain fruits. Although a number of ingredients are used in this bowl, its composition is usually the same.
