What is vulture Cambing?
Sup Cambing is a soup usually made of mutton, onion, tomatoes and a long list of spices that are roasted and transformed into a marinating paste. Food is particularly popular in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore, where it is located to sell from stalls with food on the street as a hot, filling meal. The soup is basically made of mutton, which was marinated in baked spices, cooked with aromatic fabrics such as onion and ginger, and then steamed in water or supply with some tomatoes. The first step in the production of Sup Cambing involves creating a spice paste. The mixture most often includes ginger, onion, cloves, pepper, cardamom, palcate, cumin, coriander and cinnamon.
