What is Tabbouleh?

Tabbouleh, also spellable tabouleh or tabili , is a central east meal made of bulgur wheat, finely chopped herbs and spices. Tabouleh is often administered as an appetizer, salad or part of the meze , in the Middle East tapas . It is assumed that Tabbouleh was created in Lebanon, where it is a national meal, but now enjoying all over the world, especially in vegetarian or vegan cuisine or as a refreshing summer treatment. People in the United States can eat a tabouleh with a fork or a spoon or use it as immersion for vegetables or pita bread. It also goes well with Falafel, stuffed with grape leaves, hummus or other meters items in the Middle East or Mediterranean offer. Herbs included in Tabbouleh often include leeks, mint, parsley and tomatoes. Lemon juice, salt and black pepper are the most traditional spices, so with cinnamon, spices or other spices.
