What is taglierini?
taglierini is a type of pasta that consists of long noodles of similar belts. It is one of several types of pasta, which comes from Italy, a country known for different recipes of noodles. Taglierini is not as known as spaghetti containing thin chains; macarons that consist of cylinders or tubes; or lasagna, which are pasta. There are several other popular ways to eat taglierini, for example to have a rag, which is a type of meat -based sauce. A popular type of rag that is served with tagliErini, is the rag of Alla Bolognese or the Bologna sauce named after the Bologna, the city of its origin. Traditionally, this rag sauce is made of tomato paste, beef, meat broth, pancetta, onion, white wine and milk or cream. Pasta can also be administered with another popular rag, rag alla napoletana or Neapolitan Ragu, which is named for the Naples city.
