What is white sangria?

White Sangria, or Sangria Blanca, is a delicious and refreshing blow of wine. This cooling drink comes from Spain and is a mixture of white or sparkling wine with the lightest summer fruit. Try to make white sangria for Spanish thematic dinner, garden wedding or any celebration of warm weather. Peaches, nectarines, fresh green apples and tropical fruits are suitable for steep white wine. If you want to create a basic white sangria, cut the fruit into small pieces, place in a pitcher and fill with white wine of your choice and add sugar or honey if necessary. Leave the chill mixture for several hours or overnight because the wine absorbs fruit flavors. When serving, add Seltzer or sparkling wine for a hint of carbonation.

Although Spanish white wines are traditional for sangria, do not be afraid to experiment with your favorite. Dry Pinot Gris picks up the citararic tastes well, while the intoxicating Viognier or Gewürztraminer soaks up with the sweetness of ripe peaches and perfumes with flower tones. WhiteZinfandel gives drinks a beautiful pink shade, so every glass will look like west of colors. Watch out of strong oak wines like many California Chardonnays; While the delicious themselves, forest flavors can overcome and clash with fine fruit.

One popular newer combination of white sangria uses this unusual tropical treatment of kiwi. If you want to create a delicious kiwi sangria, combine white wine and simple sugar syrup with a mixture of sliced kiwi, green apples, green grapes and lemon or lime juice. For a wonderful additional kick, add about 1 cup (8 oz) orange flavored liqueur such as Cointreau or Triple Sec. After leaving for several hours so that they can join the flavors, serve in high glasses over the ice and add a few ounces of Seltzerus to each glasses.

Combination of Sangria mixtures with other flavored liqueurs is a great way to improve the drink. Try to make a fragrant white sangria with peaches and mangoes, improved by peach schnappy and spraying brandy. Or create early spring, sharp version with Apple Schnapps, cake green apples, slices of lime and the freshest raspberries you find.

If you want to make a sparkling white sangria, avoid traditional France champagne and try Cava, a dry Spanish sparkler. Since carbonation is likely to decline during the soaking process, be ready to add at the last minute splashing freshly open cava or seltzer to strengthen the bubbles back. Sparsian sangrias are fresh and refreshing and welcome variety for wedding toasts or baby drinks.

It is very easy to create a non -alcoholic version of White Sangria. Use white grape juice from the winery, which is usually better and less diluted than varieties purchased in the store. Or try non-alcoholic wine like the wine offered by Ariel Vineyards. The key to the good sangria is not chlAst, it is a delicious combination of fruit and floral flavors, so you don't feel left out of the goodness of sangria unless you're a drinker.
