What is Pulao?

Pulao is a type of fried rice bowl, which is assumed that it came from Persia with similar derivatives found in other cultures. Pulao is similar to the English bowl of Pilaf or Italian risotto. Pulao can be administered as a simple fried rice bowl, or may include many other ingredients such as meat or vegetables. It is a rice with a long grain known mainly for its strong smell. Basmati rice, which is available in both white and brown, is not sticky rice. What the basmati rice makes is that the grains are longer than conventional rice. The broth or Bullion will often cook or burn onion, which not only adds taste but also a rich color.

Many Cultures serve rice as part of dinner and is often included in lunch. The tradition in the Middle East, from which it came from Pulao, serves rice bowl as the basis of the main food. Lamb, beef or chicken is currently served along with this dish.

This food is not always a spicy taste. Many times are added raisins that provide sweetness. During the cooking process, raisins become even more plumped and more flexible. Together with raisins, carrots are often added, which further increases the feeling of sweetness. Dried apricots are also a common accessory. While the apricots are warming, they are filled with a part of the liquid in which the rice is cooked. Although Pulao is sweet in these varieties, they are not administered as a dessert, but instead as part of the main meal of the day.

Traditional Pulao is not steamed rice type porridge, but it is a steamed rice that supports a one -time consistency. To increase the moisture of the rice bowl, a type of soup similar to thin broth is often poured on the already boiled rice. The ingredients of this broth differ from the recipe to the recipe. Some contain pieces and pieces of meat, while others contain numerous vegetables.
