What was Cambrian explosion?
The
Cambrian explosion has been a period of massive diversification and adaptation between the early multicellular life, starting with about 542 million years and a continuation of about a dozen million years, which is an eye legacy in evolutionary era. The period was famous for fossils found in slate slate, in Canadian rock, whose layers were able to maintain samples remarkably well, even those that have soft parts of the body.
During the Cambrian explosion, all 35 basic body designs have evolved, which are the basis of modern life. Darwin is therefore said "nothing to confuse him than a Cambrian explosion, a random appearance of almost all complex organic patterns." If life was to evolve gradually, why did so many new Phyla appear at once?
In an effort to explain why there has been an explosion in Cambrian, scientists focus on three categories of explanations: external events such as global biochemical shocks, internal mechanisms such as Dawn complex genomes and internal mechanisms such asno consequences of ecology. The Cambrian explosion began about 50 million years after the last of the large global glances, which is the length of time that could be necessary to appear.
Today, Cambrian explosion does not look as shocking as it was first discovered, although it is still the most important evolutionary period in the history of life. Initially, it was assumed that in front of the Cambrian era she lacked almost any type of multicellular organisms, but the discovery of a class of life called the Ediacaran Fauna proved to be different. Most Ediacaran fauna was relatively simplified and similar to mushrooms, with soft bodies, but more research and fossil boats are needed than we can look at fossil record and compare it with Cambrian.
Inter -forgotten organisms that flourished during the Cambrian explosion explosion were aysheai pedunculata Soft, conical drUh similar, Halucigenia , a creature that looked like a twig with spines, many trilobites and anomalocaris , perhaps the first atabs on the ground. The difficulty of the classification of many of these organisms contributes to the excitement around the period.
