What are the different models of organizational structures?
The three of the most common models of the organizational structure are functional, matrix and divisions or product. Each of these hierarchical systems helps society to organize its resources and responsibilities. The ultimate purpose of each structure is to provide a framework for consistent work on achieving society's goals. The functional structure
is one of the most traditional organizational structure models. Divides responsibility by name position.
