What is the brand loyalty?

"Loyalty brand" is a term used to describe a tendency that consumers must adhere to products or services with brand names they know and trust. The brand's loyalty is reflected in repetition of sales, so it is in the best interest of the company that bears the brand to maintain its reputation and recognition to maintain profit. One of the most memorable examples of consequences that can occur when the company rejects the brand's loyalty in 1985, when Coca-Cola launched "New Coke".
