How do I fix the wrong balance?

poor balance is a common occurrence in active and sedentary people. Balance is the ability to move weight and remain upright. There are four possible causes of bad balance: weak core muscles, poor posture, reduced leg strength and inner ear problems. These muscles hold the body in an upright position and have large and small muscles that work together to support the body. There are several exercises to correct the wrong balance. All are easy and provide a quick improvement.

The first exercise to improve your balance is to strengthen your back muscles. Stand and stretch to full height. Insert the bottom by tilting the pan in and up. Release and repeat. Feel the movement in your lower back.
