Some psychologists believe that the Big Five is too restrictive to test a wide range of personality in human beings. They argue that factors such as sensuality, abilities and honesty form a general person and provide a normal test of limited use. Sometimes larger personality tests are used, but the Big Five is considered to be considered for most therapy. Human resources managers sometimes use the Big Five K.saying how well the job candidate will perform in a specific position.
