What is a vacuum package?

Vacuum packaging is the process of packaging objects, especially subject to spoiling, such as meat and other meals in the cover of impermeable plastic, removing as much air as possible from the package. Removing air from the inside of the food reduces food oxidation and helps to prevent the beach. Foods that are packed vacuum remain fresher after significantly longer than food wrapped with other means. Vacuum packaging is also used to reduce most non -food objects for increased storage efficiency.

In particular, the meat industry uses vacuum packaging extensively. This technology allowed the meat to be packed and maintained fresh for a certain period of time that exceeds the allowed by other methods, allowing to send meat to longer distances and bring the meat to markets that would otherwise be inviolable. This method is also fresh, such as coffee, seafood and many dried foods. Use individuals for individuals to plant their own food. Removing air from the packageIt prevents oxidation, which is an oxygen reaction with food. Oxidation is a key part of the ceding process. Foods that do not disintegrate and ranch, but simply stop from the vacuum package because the absence of air prevents food from absorbing moisture.

bacterial growth is also reduced by vacuum packaging. Because foods are packed under controlled, sanitary conditions, bacteria are kept far from food, preventing many harmful bacteria from breaking food. The task of bacteria on foods is another primary part of food being used. Yeast and forms that require oxygen also reduced growth in vacuum packed foods.

Vacuum packaging of frozenods also helps reduce the occurrence of freezer burns. The freezer burn may occur when moisture is pumped from the food and the food is oxidized and dehydrated. Vacuum wrapped frozen foods can withstand burning freezers inthe result of the absence of air in the package.

foods that require cooling under normal conditions will still require, even if the vacuum is packed. The vacuum package slows down food for the removal of air and by removing the available oxygen, but there are harmful organisms that do not require oxygen and that continue to act on food. The action of these organisms is slowed down during cooling. Vacuum packaging is not a replacement for cooling, but only aids for prolonging food durability.

home use machines also allow individuals to plant their own food. However, the vacuum packaging does not even sterilize food itself, but only preserves the condition of food when they are packed. This means that the vacuum package is not a substitute for the thermal sterizdvy of food preserved at home.
