What is in fitness, what is variable resistance?

In fitness, variable resistance refers to the type of weightlifting, in which the amount of resistance that the weight will use will vary during exercise. As a result, muscles must achieve a more consistent level of effort to complete the elevator and thus receive more intensive overall exercise. To provide different amounts of resistance at different times, exercise with variable resistance requires complex machines designed specifically for this type of athletic training. For example, when the athlete performs the curls of the hand using traditional free weights, the amount of weight in his hands does not change. However, as the angle of the arm changes, the amount of biceps voltage changes. Biceps must work hardest at the beginning of the elevator, but as soon as the athlete turns into the Vold item, biceps do almost no work at all. The total number of changes in weight to compensate for a change in the position of weapons. As a result, biceps get more complete exercises because they are below a constant level of resistance.

Increased demand that training with variable resistance puts on targeted muscles makes this form of athletic training more effective than traditional free weight exercises for building muscle strength. The muscles must work harder to perform a single repetition, so athletes do not have to perform the elevator to gain the same advantage as they would gain more repetitions using free weights. Also because the muscle has to go through the range of movement, training with variable resistance provides more training for different muscles of the stabilizer, which can improve the overall athletic performance.

One disadvantage of training with variable resistance is that it requires highly specialized equipment. The amount of weight must change during the exercise, so that machines with variable resistance must make a sophisticated network of flaps for proper adjustments. Also because these machines compensate for different angles of the body during exercise, they must be specialized in a certain elevator. Athlete mIt can use one set of dumbbells to perform different exercises, but the machine with variable resistance allows athletes to perform only one type of elevator. If you want to get a complete exercise of the whole body, it would require an athlete to use several machines.
