What are Cretons?

Cretons are French-Canadian spicy food, which is considered part of Quebec kitchen. Food, made of pork and various spices, is most often served as a breakfast bowl. Cretons is an spreading meat that resembles a light version of Pate. It is traditionally served with a fresh, crunchy French bread.

Like many traditional food meals, there are a number of different combinations of spices and spices that can be used to make cren.
