What are different sauces of schnitzel?
Although Schnitzel originally did not have a sauce, there are several different sauces that have evolved over the years. Some dishes with sauce include Jaeger Schnitzel, Zigeuner Schnitzel and Schnitzel peppers. There are also types of icing that are not sauces such as molten cheese. It can be covered or carefree and is fried until it is golden brown. Similar meat existed in ancient Rome.
The most common form of Schnitzel is Weiner Schnitzel. This Austrian meal is a thin veal chop that was immersed in flour, eggs and crumbs bread and then fried until it was golden brown. It is usually served with lemon wedge. Some German restaurants now offer Weiner Schnitzel sauces. One of these sauces is made of white wine, lemon juice and strong cream. The sauce is made of mushroom, cream and sometimes red wine. The food ended with this sauce is called Jaeger Schnitzel. Meat used for this schnitzel can be veal, pork or game and may be simple or ocularin the same way as Weiner Schnitzel.
Two Schnitzel sauces, called Zigeuner and Pepper, are based on tomatoes. Zigeuner Schnitzel can be made of veal, pork, turkeys or chicken, which is covered with either flour or breadcrumbs. Tomato sauce is made of peppers, mushroom, onion, red wine and chicken broth. Schnitzel paprika is made of the same meat as Ziegner Schnitzel and the sauce is flavored with pepper and red peppers.
Rahm Schnitzel is made of turkey, pork or veal. It is covered with flour and then fried. The sauce is made of white wine, strong cream and black pepper.
There are other toptings for schnitzel other than Schnitzel sauces. Schnitzel Holstein ends with fried eggs and capers. The meat used is veal, pork, turkey or chicken.
Käse Schnitzel is made from veal, turkeys, chicken or porkmeat. The crumbs of the bread and the Asago cheese are covered and then fried. After completion, it ends with more cheese.
Cordon Bleu is a Schnitzel bowl from Switzerland. Traditionally, it is made of veal, but can also be used pork, turkey and chicken. It is filled with ham and cheese. Paris Schnitzel is food from France. It is a veal corner immersed in egg and flour and then fried.
