What are pancakes?
Pancakes are a form of flat bread made by mixing the rhyming dough and connecting the dough to a hot, greased surface. The dough is allowed to boil until it is unattended on one side before it is inverted so that the other side can be cooked and then can be served in different ways. Many people specifically think of a strong, sweet diversity of flat bread when they hear the word "pancake", although they actually come in quite a number of styles, shapes and sizes. Others use yeast or slow fermentation process and develop more complex and intense taste. Injera, a form of Ethiopian flat bread, is one of the examples of a slowly fermented pancake that develops distinctive temperament holes, as fermented, creates a fungal texture when it boils. It can be quite diverse. Many cultures make them with unique regional grains such as buckwheat, corn meal and Teff, and can also be made with ordinary flour or grain mixture. For example, multi-zrno pancakes are very popular in somethe parts of the United States.
While the pancakes can be eaten simple, they are commonly served with icing. When they are eating as a breakfast meal, pancakes can be served with fresh fruit and syrup and can also be dusted with sugar sugar, sprinkled with lemon juice or glazing with chocolate syrup. Compotes and jams also walk well with pancakes and in regions where more spicy varieties are preferred, can be served with various things, from mixed eggs to chutney.
You can also hear pancakes known as Griddlecakes, Flapjacks and Hot Cakes. Depending on how they cook, it differs in size, from large thin French pancakes to American silver dollar silver, miniature versions of pancakes that are usually served in a high magazine.
Cooking pancakes can be a bit complicated. The dough must be thin enough to make it easy to spread but not tAnd thin that it simply flows all over the surface of cooking and burns. The heat used must be hot enough to turn brown without being so hot that the pancakes will end in the middle. The optimum level of fat ensures that the pancakes do not hold, but do not let them feel oily. Their rolling is also an art form, with showing chefs who twitch the pelvis to lift and turn pancakes, while others prefer the use of the spatula.
