What are the peas?

Snap peas are peas with fully edible pods. They are usually grown at the beginning of spring, often ripening very quickly to become one of the first harvested vegetables. There are a number of ways to eat peas, and one popular method is the simplest: they simply rinse peas and eat them all like refreshments. Many grocery stores carry peas in the season and is also easy to grow at home. As the frame ripens, they also become slightly strings, so older peas must usually be "prolonged" by pulling at one end of the peas to release the string before pulling the cord from the top of the peas. If you want to grow peas, get some starts or seeds from a garden shop and choose a sunny place in a garden with a rich, well drained soil. Place the seeds in the line as soon as the soil is feasible after the last frost, and plan to thin as the sprouts develop so that the peas plants have a lot of space for growth. Provide the peas of the bars to climb as they grow and keep them damp but not soak. Once the pods begin to develop, you can je start harvesting.
