What are the different types of exercise belts?

Exercise zones are rubber belts that are used to perform a series of exercises by resistance. They are often called resistance and come in different levels of resistance, shapes and lengths. Some exercise belts are simply rubber loops that can be wrapped around the limbs of the body or around a stationary object to provide resistance. Other strips are straight rubber lengths with handles at both ends. Both varieties of exercise strips come in different levels of resistance, which are defined by the color of the band, and some bands come up with versatile handles that receive more than one rubber band length.

The most common exercise belts are colored loops of rubber that may or may not have soft padding either throughout the band or at specific places on the band. Such belts can be wrapped around the arms and legs to increase specific exercises, or can be skidd around a solid object and manipulated to create their own exerucises. Loop of exercise belts are useful for loopsaround the ball of the leg and pulling up to make curls of biceps or other similar exercises. They are also useful during basic exercises; The band can be wrapped around both knees while doing squats to engage the basic muscles.

Direct exercise belts with handles at both ends are also useful for repeating around the foot ball. These belts are usually longer than the loop bands, so that exercise can be performed as well as certain plyometric exercises that promote explosive power. The handles are comfortable for grip, but are also useful for wrapping around stationary objects to provide resistance. Some versions of exercise strips with handles are in fact part of the system with individual hands. The strip loop on the hook system on hand grip and more than one belt can be connected to both grip to add even more.

band color indicates approximately how much resistancewill provide. Lighter colors usually provide less resistance, while darker colors provide greater resistance. Resistance to band exercises is measured as much as weight, because the real resistance provided by the belt depends on the length it is pulled, what strength is pulled and other different factors. To increase the level of resistance above the boundary with the highest resistance, multiple belts can be held.
