What are the different types of lentils?

There are many different types of lentils, and these can be classified in many different ways. The main type of curry lens is referred to as DAL, but there are also many different types. Lentral curry can be classified according to the type of lens used, such as red, green or brown lens or curry type. For example, Korma, Madras and Rogan Josh Curries can be made using a lens. There are also vegetarian and non -etarian types of lens curry and those with different degrees of spicy.

virtually any curry, including the lens, can be described as a lens. As a result, the specific definition of the concept is problematic, because, although many think that it specifically refers to the types, it can actually be any curry with a lens in the recipe. Many different types of curry can therefore be classified as a lens curry, and any ordinary curry recipe could be made to one if some type of lens is added.

Dal is a hindic word that refers to different types of split pulse from which the lens can be classified. Recipes with Dal in the title are generally differently classified as curries, but the spices that define the taste of curry can differ from the recipe to the recipe. Two popular types Dal are Channa Dal and Massor Dal, which are usually served as attachments. Most lens curry is suitable for vegetarians, but that's not always.

Some types of lentils also have chicken or other meat ingredients. In general, the curry lens would be considered a vegetarian or vegan version of curry, which is usually served with meat. However, the lens is a common ingredient in Indian cooking and is therefore also included in many meals, which also have meat. Some types, such as Rajasthani Red Lentil Curry and Madras Lentil Curry, are suitable for vegetarians. Other types, such as the korma lens, are not suitable for vegetarians.

curry is usually classified into different types according to the area in India from which they come from and spice or other components, that are included in them. Curry lenses can also be classified in this general way, such as Rogan Josh, Saag and Korma Curries. Different types of curry can be found in northern and southern India, as well as in areas such as Pandjab. All these different curry types become lentils if they are made of lens.
