What food ingredients is to avoid?
In most cases, food additives give three purposes: retain, increase taste or change the appearance of food. While most are considered safe for human consumption, there are some food additives to avoid if possible. For this reason, this artificial sweetener is considered to be one of the food ingredients to avoid or reduce, as it is usually recommended that most people do not consume excess sugar or sugar substitutes in a fighter site.
