What are weighted decreases?

Declaimed decreases are exercise with the upper body that focuses on working with shoulders, triceps and chest muscles. The immersion is carried out by gripping two parallel bars known as humming rods and lifting the body directly from the ground. At the beginning of the movement, the body should be straight, elbows locked and legs outside the floor. The legs can be crossed or simply suspended. There is no need to go deeper than that, so it can lead to injury. The arms and chest are then used to get the body back to its starting position. dips come in several varieties, the most common are chest drops, tricep drops and benches. The chest continues are done using bars that are slightly wider than the shoulder width, and tilting the body forward when it decreases during exercise. This causes the thoracic muscles to engage back to the starting position when lifted. Tricep drops also use stripes of shoulder width, but the body is maintained straight as it decreases and returns up, which focuses on the tricep muscles. Tricep and thoracic decreases can be easily converted to weighted decreases.

Bench Dip is usually used by someone who just begins such trainings who cannot submerge its full body weight. In this version of the exercise, two benches are used - the participant sits on the first bench, with his heels on the second bench, which should be far enough to make his legs fully extended.Palms are placed flat on the first bench, with fingers curled over the edge for grip and arms then stretched until the elbows are locked - pushing the body up and off the bench. Finally, the body is lowered between the two benches until the shoulders are immersed under the elbows, just like in traditional immersion. The advantage of this version is for beginners that only the weight of the upper body is increased and reduced.
